PCN for Euro Car Park

Hi. I parked at a Morrisons and the car park is run by Euro Car Park. You get 2 hours free and then have to pay. I only noticed as I was leaving I had gone over the 2 hours by about 15 mins so I logged onto my phone and paid for 2 hours via the RingGo app. That started a session 3 minutes after leaving the car park and I didn't go back into the car park.
I didn't buy anything from Morrisons, the car park is next to the town centre, so not sure I can go via them.
Is an appeal likely to be accepted and/or is there a template for this situation?
