Me and my cousin booked a holiday with budgetair (yep should have fully researched them) and they got an email:
They really can't afford to stay extra days. It appears budgetair don't offer refunds. It's giving them 24 hours to respond. What can be done? What happens if they don't respond?
Thanks
The airline has changed your schedule and needs your confirmation within 24 hrs. This change applies to all passengers in the booking and might effect your travel plans.
I haven't received anything although our dates are slightly different but same airline. This is during late October btw. They really can't afford to stay extra days. It appears budgetair don't offer refunds. It's giving them 24 hours to respond. What can be done? What happens if they don't respond?

If they don't respond they might be automatically booked on the amended flights so they definitely should respond.0 -
The offered alternatives will be the nearest flights and the airline's system will have allocated by default. However you can see if there are any alternative flights with that airline and see if they'll book you on those. This will involve budgetair talking with the airline.
Have a look on the airline's website and see if there's any more suitable flights and go from there.
