I knew it was coming but to wake up to a message and then seeing this just reconfirms how far I’ve come and the end of 6 year period that I’d rather not ever have to experience again. A very much welcome relief!

The end of a long journey? Where do you want to go next?
Hope everything goes well for you.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -
Thanks RAS, I was fortunate enough to settle the IVA in October 2021 in full and re-enter the Financial Market without the shackles of the IVA and work towards rebuilding my history. My short term plan is to continue building a nest egg for a deposit for a property with a medium term plan to purchase next spring/summer.As hard as the IVA was (the initial decision to enter it and then the actual stages of it) I can honestly say it has changed my financial outlook/management for the better, I am absolutely the other end of the spectrum now!If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

I’m so happy for you OP!
im in the earlier stages on my IVA. I can’t wait for it to be over and to rebuild myself. I really am using this time as a learning curve though as the last thing I want is to ever go down this road again!
do you have any tips on how you went from one end of the spectrum to the other?Congratulations 🥳0
