For those who have experience of applying for a deputyship from the Court of Protection, is this doable by yourself? or is it better/advisable to use a solicitor, despite the costs this would incur?
The DWP Appointee seems possible to do yourself (?) but not sure about the complexity of a Deputyship.
Kind thanks in advance for any advice and experiences on this.
