Standing orders with Bank of Scotland
Does BOS not pay out SO over the weekend? I have 5 that are due to go out today Saturday the 2nd I can’t think of any other reason why they have not been paid out, and yes, I do have adequate funds in my account. Thanks for any help.

Newp, working days only. This is common with all legacy banks, only the newer banks (Metro, Starling, Monzo, Chase, Kroo) will process standing orders 7 days a week.trickydicky14 said:Standing orders with Bank of Scotland

This is a legacy of the old BACS standing order system, even though the payments themselves are mostly sent using faster payments nowadays.3
