Bought an heated jacket brand Mia and coco on eBay. It was nice when it was working. Did not expect it to pack after three months of use? Can I claim under guarantee since bought from eBay the guarantee is void? Thanks

How did you pay?
You'll have to look at the manufacturer warranty to see the terms but usually they require you to buy from an authorised stockist (which could be via ebay but may not be).
You may have protection via paypal, chargeback or even section 75 protection.
Have you tried the seller?

By PayPal, have contacted seller no reply. Have just checked it less than 6 weeks.0

I believe, and am waiting to see actual corroborating evidence, that a PayPal claim won’t work anymore as you now pay eBay for un named goods, not a seller for named goods. If you look at your PayPal account you will see neither the seller or the goods os noted , just eBay.cherry76 said:By PayPal, have contacted seller no reply. Is there anything I can do? Contacted the seller to return the item. Cannot remember whether it came with any guarantee. Guess have to take my loss £14.50, not much but still gutted.0
