Neighbours Cable over my roof
Hi We recently purchased a property and wish to extend it however we have a issue with a electricity pole which is at the front of our property on the pavement, the electric cable that comes off the pole goes over our roof to service our neighbours, however when i have contacted the Electricity board they have agreed the pole and service can be moved at a cost to me which is fine, however the neighbour does not want the pole or his service re routed, legally where can do i stand as this could stop our plans ?

The neighbour will have no say in the matter if the DNO decide to re-route the service whoever it was requested or paid for it.

Is the new pole position on the footpath ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
