I am frantic and in despair. This is the second time this has happened and this time they are not backing down. Either I have the most expensive pilot light in the history of mankind or they have completely lost the plot. I am an old man with one boiler that heats water for washing up and clothes washing. Help !!!

    How are you paying, Direct Debit fixed amount?
    Have you submitted meter readings or are you on a smart meter?
    Is your account in credit or debt?
    What is your annual usage? This will be on your bill.
    What are you paying per month?

  • Hi,
    you say,

    ''Overcharged by EON Next by 10 times annual estimate for one quarter'',

    so is it an estimated bill, how does it compare to actual meter reading, is your meter metric or imperial?

    @Andre4816

    Can you go back through your old bills please and find the last one when you had an ACTUAL reading - look for the letter A or C or Our Read/Your Read against the meter reading.   What is your reading today ?

    I suspect Eon have just got an actual reading after a run of estimates.
    Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
