No, you use the version seen in other less confused APCOA appeal threads.  Easy stuff.

  • Thanks for reply, I was looking to use the blue template the original poster  (Charles0987) mentioned they had their success with. Was that not the same one then or have you a link to another one that you are referring to?

No - to find a suitable one to detonate an APCOA PCN first go, you just need to search.

To find you a link we'd have to do the search which defeats the object, which is: we want to encourage you to get confident with the forum.

  • Yes you right, I'm new to this but trying hard to pick things up :)  from what I'd seen and read so far I thought that all pointed to the TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL THAT DOESN'T SAY WHO WAS DRIVING:  being the most likely course of action. Also on the parking charge notice, the alleged contravention is dated Saturday 11 Nov and date of issue of notice is 24 Nov which is a Friday, this is therefore dated 13 days later. At best it might have gone in the post that night and possibly arrived on day 14 the Saturday but likely and probably been day 15 or even 16. Looking at schedule 4 of POFA 2012 the link on the newbie section, it says in 9 - .5 and .6 notice served within 14 days by post so that's questionable too but I was thinking the blue template of not disclosing the driver the course of action to be taken was the first thing to do.

    Yes.  I wrote it.

But ignore all that and just search for other APCOA appeal threads that aren't railway ones and copy the appeal that works first time. It's on every APCOA appeal thread and I'm trying to encourage you to search.

When you do find a suitable appeal as advised by @Coupon-mad and if you have any other questions, please start your own dedicated thread as it can become confusing trying to answers two posters on same thread.
