Now Broadband Fibre

I am considering leaving BT to try Now Fibre,73 Meg download for £21 a month for my 12 month contract.

Anyone have recent experience with them.

Also I have 15 days of my BT contract still to run,how soon can I start my switch without penalty ?

    I have been with NOW Broadband for a about 4 years now and have had no issues. Works perfectly. There router isn't the best however.

    Can you use other companies routers, EE?

    Also looking at the Now super fibre service. 50% cheaper than Virgin, so want to leave.
    Setting up an account at Now failed at the first hurdle where it asks for a mobile phone number - Not everyone has or wants a mobile, and i certainly don't... Going to their "Contact us" page, and you have to log in to use Live Chat or get a phone number - How stupid is that.

    Found an email address buried in the T&Cs, so waiting to see if i get a timely response.
