So you're basically looking at paying 30k for a large garden? Is it worth that much to you?
Big gardens are great.
I think the OP should offer 200k and take it from there. But pay no more than 215kdolce vita's stock reply templates
#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided
#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now
#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing0 -
Mozette & Dolce Vita I agree with you & have been seriously thinking of moving to get a bigger one. However, as OP is a 1st time buyer a garden may come as more of a hindrance than a pleasure - unless they already know they are really into gardening. I know people who've ended up with a millstone rather than an asset.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

love the way this site has gone (have been lurking for years)..
just pay what you think its worth, and more importantly what you can afford to pay. Only you know what is inside your means..
I love the recommendations of offering 15%+ less than price because you MIGHT suffer from a crash!
You will only get anywhere from the forced sellers acting like that..0 -

Some may believe it's worth 15% less. There's no fundamental reason for prices being the way they are, it's just sentiment fuelled by cheap credit.
So tell me, are you really recommending buyers on the MONEY SAVING EXPERT forum don't chase prices as low as possible?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
