Cannot log into my British Gas account

I have not been able to log into my British Gas account for probably 7 months despite complaining several times now being told and I quote"I’ve raised the fault you’re experiencing with our customer correction team to investigate further and make any neccessary amendments if that is possible. Despite this, I must advise you that as we’re already aware of these issues and there isn’t currently a timescale as to when this will be rectified, this may be the advise that comes back and there may not be a current fix for this.
If that is the case, unfortunately I will be closing the complaint following our policy complaint procedure, however I will await to hear from the the team before I make these arrangements." I have now asked for paper bills until they rectify the situation. It is madness one of the largest organisations in the country and they cannot get this right grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Switch away from them, vote with your feet. Plenty of other providers out there with better billing and online platforms.
Surprised you have let it drag on as long as 7 months, no point staying with them unless you are on a nice cheap fixed rate with them currently.0 -
