    Hi All,

    I filled in the questionnaire and witness statement. I took a call from DCB legal asking me to settle which I refused. I also now have a Notice of allocation to attend court on 4th July. There is also a section about trial fees of £27 to be paid by 14th or the case will be struck out.

    Is the expectation that MET will drop the case or will I need to go to court?

    The expectation is they won't pay their hearing fee and will discontinue, yes.

    If you didn't have a hearing date until this latest letter, how come you say you've have already filed and served your WS & evidence bundle?  Did the court (unusually) require WS bundles before the hearing date was set?

    We have never helped you with a WS.

    Did DCB Legal send you theirs?

    Sorry probably my terminology, I was asked to complete the questionaire which from memory included a witness statement, I may be mistaken. 

    Good news is I received the email stating they will discontinue!
