Which 0% balance transfer card for personal loan balance?

I am trying to consolidate my debt onto a single 0% balance transfer card. However, part of this debt is for a personal loan which is not eligible to be transferred under my current 0% offer. 
How can I find which 0% balance transfer cards accepts loans as balance transfers (not cash transfers as these are generally shorter terms).
I cannot seem to find this information before applying. Can someone help or does anyone know which 0% balance transfer cards allow the transfer of personal loan balances?

You'll need a money transfer offer.

As above but there maybe another alternative.

If you qualify for a long term purchase 0% card (make sure that purchases are free for the whole term - not for first 30/60/90 days etc) then put all your normal day to day purchases on that card - then using the money in your account to over pay your personal loan.

The only problem of course at the end you will still have a debt to repay.

MBNA offer a money transfer to your account which can then be used to pay the loan as do virgin. MBNA also do a soft credit search to see if you are eligible
