UKPC Fine - please help

Parked my 125 bike, on a wide pathway, on a retail park. Signage does note, ‘all vehicles to be parked inside marked bays’ with a picture of a car. No reference to bikes.
Bike was not obstructing anything. Parked for 10 minutes. CCJ threat from UKPC. Should I fight this, what’s the likelihood of appeal please?
Thank you 🙏🏽

The good news is you have not been fined.
Your bike was parked, please amend your opening statement, the keeper, driver or rider and owner can all be different things and no attempt should be made to guess as to who was who.

what do the signs say?
Where is this car park? From the Plain Language Commission:

No chance of winning at appeal but 100% likelihood of a win at court stage (with no hearing) if UKPC use DCBLegal.No-one pays. It's not a fine. Why do you think it is?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
