PCN for filming me enter and not leaving correct date

I got a PCN for entering an M&S and it obviously didn't capture me leaving, I then returned the next evening as I do most evenings as I go in there to pick up some lunch for work (work nights) I have never left my car in the car park for 24 hours. I also have mobile payment receipts for both days. Do i do the normal appeal route in the sticky or do I say that their cameras are wrong and havent got me leaving on 16th and entering on 17th

Visit their Customer Services desk. They can fix this in a flash.2 -
Send a data rectification notice to the parking company as per GDPR.
tell them that this is a breach of GDPR as they have failed to ensure the accuracy of their data, and if they do not comply then you may take further action.
Report this to the ICO and tell them that they must also report this to the ICO.
Inform the cat park owner that as principal they are jointly liable for the actions of their agents and are jointly liable for the GDPR breachFrom the Plain Language Commission:
