Moved into a house supplied by Br Gas but no way to establish contact

Hi all, surprised not to see other threads like this as had this same issue when I bought my first property in 2015! British Gas supplies the home I just bought,  so of course I will switch as soon as humanly possible. However, there is no way for us to get in touch with Br Gas to register an account. Inputting address online confirms that Br Gas supplies the house, a phone number pops up instructing me to call (0330 808 3880) but this number then offers no touchpad options for those in this situation.Please help, as this is driving me crazy.
