Parallel Parking/Gladstones Solicitors - LBC

Good evening I received an LBC a couple of weeks ago. I've sent a SAR to Parallel Parking and an email to Gladstone.
I searched through the forum posts and found a woman that also had trouble with the same car park (Mansfield Street car park) but never saw the outcome.
Basically my question is if I want to make a complaint do I make a complaint to my local MP (Northampton) or the MP of the area where the car park is in Leicester?
Also the car park in question isn't attached to a retailer but an Argos is attached to the car park adjacent, how would I find out who the landowner is to make a complaint to them also?

Hello and welcome.
If you want to make any complaint to an MP, it is to your MP, the one who represents you, that you complain to.
You can of course ask your MP to forward the details to the other MP.2 -

They don't have to respond. They just have to make sure they don't issue a claim before the 30 days are up.
