Octopus Agile electricity tariff
I have been with Octopus agile tariff for a couple of months now. I have to check the rate frequency as its set for a full day in30 minutes increments. But if you avoid peak time. Around 4-30 to 7pm then there are great savings to be had. Occasionally they will actually PAY YOU to use electricity. My last 2 bills Jun6and July worked out as an average of 9p and 8.5p per KWH respectively. But if regularly charging an E.V the it's woth looking at the Intelligent tariff. That's only 7p KWH between 12.30 and 04.30 am.

It's great for people that can shift usage yes, but for most with battery storage, solar etc, its probably a lot more straightforward to stick to tracker.Would I want to avoid cooking dinner at dinner time? Not really.0
