DCB Legal Court Letter

Hi.
I have just got back from holiday to find this! I had previously followed advice on here and used the generic format to reply to Bank Park Management, but they replied saying that it was with DCB.
I had never been to this car park and had googled "free parking in Crewe" prior to going there. This car park was listed. It was after 5pm, pitch dark and we had my daughter's disabled blue badge with us, which we displayed very clearly.
Additionally, on the communication from Park, there are two separate dates shown, but both with the same pcn reference number! We were there for my daughter's driving theory test and have never been there before it since.
Obviously, I have brought this to their attention (on the same email as the generic letter), but they have not acknowledged this fact.
Can anyone help please?

Welcome. You need to read the second post n the Newbies/FAQ thread in order to understand the process and how to deal with this claim.
You must do the AoS before 4pm on the 5th September but there's not reason to delay it. Your defence will need to submitted by 4pm on the 19th September. @KeithP will be along to confirm or amend those dates.
As Bank Park Management are using DCB Legal as their solicitors, if you follow all the advice given in the Newbies/FAQ thread and on here, it is very likely they will discontinue before it ever gets in front of a judge.2 -
Since the image you posted has been removed by the forum team, it would appear that you left too much personal information it. However it would be good to have the date of issue of the N1 claim form, if indeed that is what was removed and, as @B789 has written, @KeithP will be along to give some deadlines and links to advice. Is that the first you knew about this issue or have you previously received a NTK/PCN and a LBC? If not, is your V5C up-to-date?1

The now-removed image of the claim form had an "issue date" of 17th August 2023.3

With a Claim Issue Date of 17th August, then as @B789 mentioned, you have until Tuesday 5th September to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 19th September 2023 to file your Defence. That's three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1 -
Thank you for the advice. I received a message from MSE stating that I wasn't able to post pictures etc., until I had used the forum on more occasions. It was my own personal information that I had edited, along with the case reference number.
A pcn did come through some months ago, but I ignored it. When a reminder arrived, showing two separate incidents, but with the same pcn reference, I took it to be a complete mistake and contacted them via email, using the generic framework letter from an MSE thread. They informed me via return email that it was in the hands of debt collection and then, shortly afterwards, the "court" letter came through from DCB Legal.
