Hi,
I am looking at some travel insurance for a 2 week trip in late Sep. It seems many insurance policy doesn't cover the event of what happened at Heathrow today. I wonder if I am looking at the wrong section in the policy?

Many of my accommodations are non-refundable bookings, including some AirBnB. I am looking to cover the the cost of it in the event of like flight cancellation that's not the fault of flight company. Does it exist?

Are you sure? Looking at a handful of policies most have something like:
you abandon your trip following a delay of more than 12 hours to the departure of your outward trip that is covered within Section 5 Travel Delay

Section 5 includes failure of Air Traffic Control Systems
Above isnt a recommendation for StaySure, they were just the one I happened to have open.
