Wrong NCB

Hello,
I have recently renewed my insurance via confusd.com, I have disclosed I had a claim on my account earlier this year providing all details necessary, Today I have been looking into my policy documents and discovered that somehow my NCB has rolled automatically an it states I have 4 years no claims discount which is surly incorrect because my NCB wasn't protected, what do I do now ? This was an honest mistake.

So you didn't renew but bought a new policy?
What do you mean you "discovered you had a claim"? Surely you know if you made a claim or not?
Typically if you make a fault claim in a policy year your NCD will drop to 3 years if you had 5+ or drop 2 years if you had 4 or less. Some insurers take different approaches and so you need to look at the renewal notice from your current insurer to see how many years they were going to credit you with at renewal.0 -
yes sorry I got a new policy, went with a different company
I didn't say I discovered I had a claim, I said I disclosed it on the website.
Today I realized that my new policy is calculated as if I still have 4 years NCB and because the clam was settled on my fault basis I'm back to having none.

If it's saying 4 that would imply you had 3 last year which would normally go to 1 rather than 0 after a fault claim. As said, check what your renewal offer stated.
Ultimately you either do the honest thing and contact your new insurers now advising you made a mistake and they will update the policy to the correct NCD and adjust the premium. Its worth getting a new business quote with the correct NCD using the aggregators etc as your new insurer may not be competitive any more but before you compound the problem by buying another new policy, double check the cancellation costs of your current policy first.
You could do the dishonest thing and just keep quiet. Different companies check your NCD at different points and some do so by asking you and some by checking databases. Obviously, if your insurer only checks at claim stage and they then void your policy for false information you wont get too much sympathy if you have a large claim and its declined due to the wrong NCD information.0
