Spray and leave weed killer/preventer

We’ve got a block paved driveway and trees either side that drops seeds etc onto it (plus birds in the trees drooping things from their beaks) and results in weed and grass growth between the blocks and down the side of our fence. Is there anything recommended I can just spray on and leave regularly that will prevent growth? The blocks are sanded and no overly large joints but the seeds still find their way in.
I obviously do not want anything toxic, but is there a recommended weed killer/preventer (or even a home made recipe) for something that’ll stop weed growth and not stain the pavers?
thank you all in advance

The Weedol Pathclear uses Benzisothiazolinone which is a known irritant and particular bad for aquatic life. Glyphosate is another common weedkiller (favoured by Roundup) has lower scores for damages but there is a question mark around it being carcinogenic but most agencies (inc the EU) says it isnt, US says it probably isnt and it was only a long term study with farmers spraying gallons of the stuff that showed a slight elevation but close to statistically irrelevant. It doesn't however prevent future weeds taking root.
Acetic acid (aka vinegar but much stronger concentration than what you put on your chips) is a common option for those wanting something less toxic but it equally gives no future protection. Most are sold at a concentration unlikely to cause any irritation but there are some super strength options out there that are at the levels known to cause irritation if on skin/eyes/inhaled2 -
Hi, would this concentration be good for the weeds? Looks like you mix with 3 parts water. Thanks0

Probably the best solution without using a persistent pro product, costing maybe £80 or more, is to buy a good quality sprayer and make monthly forays on calm days with glyphosate. Obviously, the size of the drive matters, but with an average one it would take only five or ten minutes.
