Weekly payroll service recommendations for 12 staff for a pub - URGENT

Hi
My brother took over the tenancy of a pub at the start of July. He needs to find a payroll service ASAP as the accountant he took on who looked after the previous tenants is terrible. He’s done the weekly payslips for staff from July but has not submitted the RTI info to HMRC as the agent. My brother has got his PAYE number and asked the accountant for his agent ID to add to his GOV business tax accounts but the accountant does not know what his ID is. My brother has now missed the payment and filing deadline for July and the accountant told him yesterday to find someone else!

He now needs to find a way to submit info from start of July and move forward from now with a reliable weekly payroll.
He has to pay staff this Friday so it’s very urgent now.
Any recommendations for a good but affordable service would be appreciated.
Thanks.

One suggestion would be to take it in-house, at least temporarily, using BrightPay, £209 for that no. of employees. Or he could even DIY using HMRC's Basic PAYE Tools, but BrightPay is more user-friendly.Signature removed for peace of mind0
