I've taken that out, not needed. Thanks.
If there aren't any other suggestions I will send it as the deadline is tomorrow

You don't need 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 or any of those exhibits. Get rid of those. Waste of pages.Lokisan88 said:I've taken that out, not needed. Thanks.

Perfect, thank you. The WS has been sent now, let's see what happens next0

On the hearing date can I use a summary/bullet point document to facilitate my delivery being the case discussed via video call? I know that I could submit a skeleton argument to the court and the other party, I'm just unsure if I can use a piece of paper with some notes without submitting it to the court or is it not allowed?
In case it's better to submit a skeleton argument, is there a dead line or a timeframe for submission?0 -
You can use a crib sheet if you like without having to send it to the court or other party; it is only referring to parts of your defence and/or witness statement, both of which are already in the possession of the court/claimant. You cannot add new defence points or evidence of course!2

The hearing tips section in the NEWBIES thread already covers this and suggests it.Lokisan88 said:On the hearing date can I use a summary/bullet point document to facilitate my delivery being the case discussed via video call? Another one bites the dust!
The DJ has completely roasted the claimant's rep and dismissed the case.
He started taking apart their WS and pressed on when he saw the discrepancy on the consideration time between the signs and what was written on the WS. From there it was a complete failure from the rep side who couldn't asnwer the judge questions.
Thank you very much to all of you who helped me achieve justice today!6 -
