Private parking PCN for extra 21 minutes

Hello Experts,

I have received a Parking ticket from euro car parks. As per them, we had the ticket for 1 hour and we stayed there for 1 hr 20 mins. My wife was parking and she did not have a means to pay so she had to call me to come and pay for it, i was not far, i reached and paid for the pay and display ticket but this process might have taken about 20 minutes before we could go an buy our ticket and they have charged for that time.

Please could someone advise?

Thanks

Just do what's in the NEWBIES FAQS thread!

PLAN there is not 'appeal'.  That's PLAN B.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have shown the world your vehicle's registration mark six times in your latest post.
Just one step away from having your full name and address.

At the top of every page on this Parking Board it says...

Please find the pcn hiding the personal information. I only left it there as on the other website pepipoo, they ask to leave the pcn number and vehcile registration number.

No, Pepipoo do not ask the PCN number or the vehicle's registration mark.

Still one instance of the VRM showing.

As above.  The advice is the same.  PLAN A.

That instance is also now removed. Here is the link from the pepipoo website asking to leave VRM and PCN numbers in the pictures.

That's on the Council Tickets board rather than tickets from private parking companies.
But even so, I am surprised to read that.

That's true, I thought it is becoming more common now to leave the pcn number etc on the images. Will remove in future for private tickets.  Please could you advise who to complain in this case i.e. how to find the landowner etc) as it is not a retail site.
