Taking off "extras" on travel agents sites?

Hi.
I'm currently searching for holidays and getting quotes online. But the costs of holidays are going up dramatically with such things as the costs of in-flight meals £17 each and £20 extra baggage allowance etc. - which all get tagged on slyly at the end.
Does anyone know of a site which may let me take these items off? The last one i was on STA TRAVEL didn't seem to have any option (check boxes etc.) to get rid of those extortionate and often unnecessary costs.

Thomas Cook and Thomson allow you to remove additional extra's.
Shykins makes a good point about paying for on-board food. I've lost count the number of times that I have not paid for meals, but still received one onboard.
It's easier for the airline staff to give you the meal than not give you it.:: No unapproved links in signatures please - FT ::0
