Would a house lose value if we combined a 2 single bed sized rooms into one bigger double bedroom?

If it’s long term then just do it. If you come to sell, it’ll cost you circa £1500 (dependant on finish) to put back so won’t affect the value.Blank11 said:Ideally it would be long term and I know if you consider living in the house to not think of it as an investment. We’ve done similar, making the smallest room into a dressing room for my OH. 2 Estate agents came around the other day and said for rental don’t change, for sale, put it back.2006 LBM £28,000+ in debt.
