Does anyone have a email for Very the call centr.   Thecallcentre persons are unable to understand my simple  complaint .......... ie a 20% discount was not applied to  A Samsung TV on Buy now pay later  ......I have the screenshot of the code when I ordered.

    I couldn't find an email address, but they have an account on Facebook, you could message them.

    Just adding - before posting this information, I had tested whether messaging would work.  It definitely does, as an assistant has just responded to my message.  Worth a try.
