Garage door leak

Water seems to be settling on top of my garage door, then dripping down both ways, it's not a lot and isn't causing any major issues, but I'd like to get it sorted before I re-paint it.
The guttering above seems to be in good condition and the water isn't leaking down from there. The door seems to be sitting flush, or just inside the frame, so I think it's just driving rain that's doing.
Has anyone got any other suggestions for what might be causing to and how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

You can buy a rain deflector and fit it above. The door should really be sitting back inside the frame, has it been fitted correctly?1

The frame is normally set back further in the brick jambs.1
