DCBlegal Letter of Claim

Hello all,
Feb 2023, I had parked in Ravensgate Retail Park in Birmingham in a disabled bay and gotten a windscreen ticket. I tried to contest this with the managing agent, store I shopped with to no avail, even sending the photos of my valid Blue Badge at the time.
I may add that I was in a hire vehicle at the time having been in a courtesy car.
I’ve not received any further correspondence from UKPC, the first letter I received was from DCBlegal, the Letter of Claim.
Have since read Newbies thread and sent UKPC an SAR, DCBlegal the advised email too.
Wondering what my chances are to get this written off? I am aware I have some time sensitive things yet to do once a claim form arrives, and that it likely will.
Is there anything else I must do but sit and wait?
Please advise and thanks in advance.

Do you mean the POPLA complaint? Am I wrong to assume too much time has passed since then as the code was valid for a number of days?B789 said:Second post of the Newbies/FAQ thread explains exactly what must be done now.I ask as the second post is unclear after this point what I am to do0 -
You will 100% see the court claim discontinued if you follow our advice.
No hearing, no payment. Nothing bad.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the reassurance. I’d previously emailed the landowners of the retail park with my Blue badge and a complaint when I’d received the window ticket, no response. KeithP said:iCoupon-mad said:You will 100% see the court claim discontinued if you follow our advice.

Hence, I asked whether it was right for me to wait further (i.e, for court claims procedures to begin).
Please explain how you think the second post of the NEWBIES thread is unclear.jh47777 said:I ask as the second post is unclear after this point what I am to do
Here is the second sentence in that post...Read on from there.
thanks again for all your help, I can understand it gets repetitive trying to manage the forum. Will report back once I get the claim form I guess!1 -
Follow advice and comply with the court process. Read this thread:

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
