I came across this company https://saverstore.co.uk/   

Their prices are cheap, I got a quick reply to my question on their chat message and asked if the products were brand new and was told, brand new and they are dispatched straight from the manufacturers. A cheap washing machine was what i was looking for.

If I google map their address it’s a small industrial unit.

 Anyone else got any more info on them?

Does anyone have any experience buying from this site? When I enquired I was told all items are brand new and delivery is free.

I placed an order, we're past the estimated delivery time and I haven't heard a thing. Should I be getting worried?

If you have not received your items, then you can claim back via chargeback.
Contact your bank to start the process.
You do have to allow these timescales from when it debited your bank or Credit card
Visa 15 days
Mastercard 30 days

Nope, but it looks shady as .... to me. Also things that appear too good to be true generally aren't. 

I can't see why manufacturers would be offering such big discounts to some unknown guy trading out of a lockup in Thurrock. I can't vouch for other products but £200 for a Dyson Supersonic would raise a red flag for me. That's not legit.

I would say it's either a) a blatant scam b) selling fakes/knockoffs or at best an outside bet it's c) refurbs

I also had the same case, I saw them verified through price scanner and purchased a new Dell monitor on the 26th august. Had zero communication since the tracking email to Kingdom parcels. Had no luck calling, emailing, or contacting both Saverstore.co.uk and Kingdom parcels. Will be looking to contact my credit card provider. These companies are slipping through the system on price runner and posing as trusted providers.

I did unfortunately buy from saverstore.co.uk and never received what I bought; I had requested a reimbursement from my credit card company. 

Before buying only,  I always check that company has good review on TrustPilot, but I did not pay enough attention this time, and did not realise that they were slightly different company names.

It is definitely a SCAM

I too purchased online A Ninja Air Fryer for 3127 as suggested by Price Runner. email received with confirmation of purchased and also tracker for Kingdom parcels. was supposed to be delivered 09/09/2023 but like others no answer to phone calls or emails to Saverstore or Kingdom parcels. i have requested a refund from my credit card compny under section 75. This company are scammers

UPDATE for all, as some others have said they also experienced the same. Not sure how much comfort this brings anyone, but you're not the only ones. I was told delivery 9th Sep and also found no further updates on Kingdom Parcels beyond first seeing it. Like others, I couldn't get through to either SaverStore or Kingdom Parcels.

I went a step further to look up the location they're supposedly trading from (Unit 5, Thurrock Business Centre, Breach Road, Grays, RM20 3NR) and found it to be listed as available to let - (I can't post links but look up 'mileway thurrock business centre'). So clearly they're not trading there!

I followed the advice of @born_again above, and got a chargeback through my bank. @Al_Ross we'd appreciate if you could update your original post at the top with a TLDR version.

Anyone finding this forum in future: AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Don't touch with a bargepole. Took my money, never received goods and won't respond to emails or calls.
