Football club loyalty member benefits mis-selling

Hi, I've joined the Plymouth Argyle Evergreen loyalty scheme. It supports the club and allows priority ticketing. The premium version costs £18 a month and is supposed to provide enhanced ticket access and crucially a first team shirt (worth £55). However they let me sign up and told me at the end of the call that there are no more shirts for anyone embarking on this subscription. My brother had done the same 2 days earlier and they noted his shirt size but subsequently told me that he will not receive a shirt either. Then yesterday I received a promotional communication from the website, stating that the shirt is offered with Evergreen Premium. What are my rights here? It feels like mis-selling. Any other Green Army on here?

They are still advertising the membership with a free shirt. IMO they either give you a shirt, or something to the equivalent value or you cancel your membership for a full refund of any payments already made
Have you asked the club why they are still advertising the membership with a free shirt0 -
I suspect the challenge will be that they have not yet breached - although they have indicated that they will. It may affect what steps you can take at this point.
the info on their website states
"For those Evergreen packages that include a first-team shirt, this will be sent to members with their Evergreen pack after three months of membership. This will commence from the 23/24 season shirt."0 -
Is there any 'small print' anywhere saying it is subject to availability?
