Charter Savings Accounts - What Is The Seven Digit Account Number?

I am doing some flipping of maturing accounts and I am looking to pay into two Charter Savings Accounts. Reading the process I include Charters account details and it says my "seven digit account number". Having looked high and low all I have is 13 digit account numbers with the last 3 digits being the first 3 letters of my surname? I did think the middle 7 digits might be it but I looked at an old transaction note relating to another closed account and its not that. Any ideas?

It’s the 7 numeric digits in the middle of the long alpha/numeric account number. Put that followed by your surname as the reference.1

Exactly as jaypers said, just transferred money into a new account this morning. Albeit I don't expect to see it in my account until Tuesday, as it's a bank holiday on Monday.1
