It appears there were never any doors as it is an arch way in to the conservatory.
When I viewed the house I didn’t really think much of it until i realised the effect it will have on keeping the house warm.
I have went with an indemnity policy as it won’t pass building regs.. I haven’t asked for a discount as it seems to be something most people say will result in a refusal.
I may just have to fork out myself if keeping the heat is is an issue0
