A parking charge notice from euro car - JD Weatherspoon Bracknell

Hello please forgive me if this has been covered somewhere in the posts.
We went to JD Weatherspoon Bracknell for a quick bite in the evening on 05.08.23.
We parked and paid for an hour's parking at the ticket machine and displayed our parking receipt on our dashboard. The duration of our stay was 37 minutes. Fortunately, I still have the ticket and coupon for the one-hour session we purchased.
A parking charge notice from euro car parks was mailed through the post to me on 11.08.23 stating that I must pay £75 within 28 days.
This is not right and I am unwilling to pay a penny. Are there any suggestions on what to do? Would it be better to ring Bracknell Council or JD Weatherspoon management? I'd appreciate any suggestions

This will be a typo in the VRM on that receipt. Have a look. How major an error in the VRM on the ticket/receipt is it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you contacted JDW directly? Do you use Social Media l? If so it might be worth putting up a post/ review/ Tweet etc with hasgtags/ tagging both JDW and Tim Martin himself who is quite active on there. That has to be worth a shot if plan A fails.1
