Light - cloudy at the moment, hoping sky will clear and sun will shine.

Dinner last night was pork steaks, mash, veg and gravy.

All the normal chores to do today.

Morning folks - thanks for starting us off nmlc. 

My day will be taken up by a hair colour and cut appointment. I'm hoping that the weather stays clear and dry so that I can enjoy the drive.

Morning all chilly but dry for the moment although more rain forecast for later so i will get the indoor airer out as its bedding change day other than that its same old same old . We have a huge music festival quite close to us this weekend so we will be staying put they put on buses for them from the station straight to the venue hopefully it will be trouble free and they have a dry weekend . Dinner tonight spam fritters with an egg on top and HM chips

Good morning, seems to be a nice enough morning.

Yesterday turned out ok after a miserable start.

Spam fritters, I want one now as well!

Nothing much planned today, but I always find something to do.

 Last night I ordered 2 cotton summer dresses from the JLewis sale, I want them for when we go to Oz. They were half price so very reasonable, they look really nice, with sensible necklines, I never wear low necks as feel self conscious in them.
 
My dh is practically full recovered now, except for the.cough, and he seems to tire easily, but that'll pass, I'm sure.

Morning folks  the sun is shining here but its none too warm. It's been a chilly night. 

It can only be quieter today than yesterday! The grass cutter was in action.on his very noisy mower, followed by his equally loud strimmer. At the same time site owner was playing with his new loud "toy" at the front attacking all.the undergrowth between us and the big field. It had taken over the little track. We came for peace and quiet!!

Sun is shining, so I have a wash load on atm - I'll hang it outside when it's finished.

I am seeing a neighbour for a cuppa this afternoon.

Morning everyone spam fritter that would be my hubby’s tea from heaven he’s having sausage and black pudding tonight I’m having fish it was chilly when we got up in fact it looked a bit frosty but it’s bright now I’m not at work until 12 then a long weekend I don’t think I will be getting up to a lot but it will be nice to be off I have a bit of shopping I need and some housework. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

Managed to get through to my Doctor's surgery at 8 am and only no 8 in the queue + I got an appointment for today!
Dug out clothes to recycle for my next doll's dresses - will cut out the bodies this morning before I go out. We will pop into Ald. on the way home from the Dr.
Wet here overnight so put our paper/card out for collection this morning - outside in my nightie at 6.30.

Morning all

Nice bright day here some rain due this evening but we will be indoors by then so not too bad, day off for me today and I am going to have my nails done, I think it was Taff talking about her nail’s splitting- ask your nail person if they have builder gel, my nails used to be terrible for splitting and my nail lady now uses this and my nails are very hard and sturdy now it’s worth a go ! 

Spam fritters are not for me either but I suspect OH would love them !

Dinner tonight will be a goulash which I will make later and let it sit for a few hours before cooking it we will have some crusty bread with it. I have put a wash on this morning and it can be hung out for a while.

We have a carpet man coming today to quote for the stairs and landing, we have had one quote already but I always like to get two, I hope this one is a bit cheaper than the last 🤞

Morning all. A garden day for me today. 

 No more viewers and the house market here is very quiet. We’ve decided to just let the contract run out and re think after our Oz trip. It might be that we stay here on the Kent coast after all.
