HELP!!!! Experian credit score drop

Can anyone help please
my credit score suddenly dropped 98 points and nothing at all has changed - other than paying off on time and in full, two pay in 3 payments on PayPal
experian state they do not know what caused this huge drop this happened before where it dropped 500 points in one go last year
i am in despair as had a fair score and now it’s poor and trying so hard to get a mortgage

It’s a meaningless, irrelevant number.
Lenders each have their own criteria, and it’s your credit history that’s important.

Because they want to shock you into buying some more of their products to get it back up so they profit from you.
Ignore your score it is meaningless. As long as your credit record is good and correct you need not do more.0
