Can someone please check paragraphs two and three of my Defence?

I have amended the Defence template accordingly including the Defendants name and case number. This is what I have put down in paragraphs 2 & 3. Could someone be so kind to have a look and let me know if its adequate?
Also could someone let me know as to what the email address is to send the Defence and also what I should put in the subject line? Many Thanks

The facts known to the Defendant:
2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle.
3. The Defendant refutes this claim on the basis that the vehicle in question had actually exited the car park earlier in the day before the ninety minute maximum stay had expired due to having to go to work. The Defendant then returned to the same car park later in the day after their shift and then exited again later in the evening, again within the ninety minute's that are allowed. It is of the Defendant's view that The Claimant did not pick up the car originally leaving the car park and arriving again later in the day, but did photo the car leaving the car park the second time around, hence why the Defendant is being unfairly charged for staying in a car park over the ninety minute limit allowed, when he had not. It is hoped that this is the reason and a genuine mistake rather than The Claimant purposely ignoring the vehicle originally leaving earlier in the day and using the photo of the vehicle leaving the car park the second time that day to unfairly claim money from the Defendant.

Why do we have this new thread?
Duplicate thread - please ignore

Should be OK if you add it to the rest of the template when you submit it to CCBC (or whatever they are called this week - I believe they are changing to CNBC). The phenomenon you describe is called double dipping (and was used by MPs in the house) and the PPC should have searched for the orphan images, those of your car leaving the car park the first time.2

Please see your other thread. I edited the Template Defence the other day. Please use the latest version.
And better 'double dip' wording is out there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for that, never come across the phrase of "double dipping" for this type of occurrence.Le_Kirk said:Should be OK if you add it to the rest of the template when you submit it to CCBC (or whatever they are called this week - I believe they are changing to CNBC).
