Hi everyone, I am new here but I've read a lot of threads, including the newbie one, but just wanted to double check something.
Today I recieved a "PENALTY NOTICE" from APCOA.
Essentially, I used their car park but used completely the wrong number plate when paying for my session as I have 2 cars on their app, and it defaulted to the other car. I have a reciept from that date to say I did pay, but I guess because it isnt for the car th\t was actually parked there it is a moot point.
Is it still worth an appeal, and would it just be the:
Any help is appreciated,

Is it still worth an appeal, and would it just be the:
"I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner."

Clearly if you just search the forum for NEWEST results showing APCOA railway you will learn that you just slowly reply on the last day each time for both appeal stages (which you'll lose).
DO NOT APPEAL WITHIN 14 DAYS.
It times out after 6 months.
NOTHING HAPPENS.
DO NOT PAY THE £20 THEY WILL OFFER
There is an APCOA thread TODAY ahead of you but we will not link it. Best that you look and you search & learn how easy this is.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
