ADP Scotland review help please

I was transferred from PIP to the Scottish Adult disability payment a few months ago. I have now received a review pack from them. It asks me to inform them of any changes e.g. diagnosis, medication and I have completed all of that 'update' section. I am now moving on to each of the descriptors. I will need to record changes for some of them, but for some descriptors my ability to do those tasks is unchanged. The reason I can't do them remains unchanged. It gives me the option to tick change or no change on each descriptor. Does anyone know how things are working specifically with ADP please? I know for pip reviews I filled in the box regardless of whether there was a change as some people advised that was a safer approach.

My health is extremely poor just now and I don't want to make it worse form filling unless I really have to do so. I tried phoning the helpline a few times, but couldn't get through. My local CAB tells me they don't support people with ADP applications because of the helpline being available.

I only have experience applying for ADP from scratch and it was literally just filling in the form and attaching evidence and then the award was made. No phone calls or interviews.

People in my MS group have gone through the ADP/PIP transfer process and the majority of them just ticked the box and the transfer was done with no further contact. Only one person was contacted on the back of that, just for a quick phone call to confirm. Everyone says their dealings with ADP compared to PIP has been night and day.

I've heard of a few people that have been refused. This would be a new claim and not a transfer from PIP.

It’s still early days, but it would be interesting to see how the appeals process works for ADP going forward
