Oak Furnitureland price promise.

I only really wanted to reply to an old thread on this, but the thread's now closed!
Someone was asking about Oak Furnitureland, and specifically, what happens if, between ordering & delivery, the prices reduce...
On the subject, at point of order, I was told by the staff member, that any reduction in prices between order & delivery would be refunded - but that the onus was on the customer to monitor the price changes, and inform the company, if this was the case. In other words, it wouldn't happen automatically.
I was a little sceptical, but monitored the (constantly-changing) 'sale' prices, which were always a few pounds or more, above those which we paid.
However, we had yet another email, about yet another 'sale' and the prices were all lower than before. We're due our delivery any day now, so I wasted no time in contacting the company, who duly re-invoiced us, showing a credit due of £155.00!
No fuss, no arguments, they just processed the request.
The money's due back onto our card within a few days. Sound!
Nice to be able to say 'Well done Oak Furnitureland.'
Just thought I'd share, as others might benefit in the same way.
