dvla returned my postal as there was no fee to replace paper driving licence. How can I get my money back??

You have not posted in the correct forum, but I am not sue how to change that. If your Postal Order couldn't be used for the purpose it was bought for, please take it with your receipt to the branch you bought it from and they'll issue a refund.
