Morning All
Bright out this morning but a very heavy dew, looks like it could be a nice day for a change.
Love that your elderly neighbours are rowdy Florence!
Good luck with your VR forms Coxy - a big change for you.
Great news for Steve Snoozer, hope the galloping dandruff is cleared up soon.
Hope the wildlife is quieter this morning Gers.
Went for a swim last night, managed to drag my friend along with me - she does the same job as I do but in a different school so we share horror stories! The troublesome children have got over the shock of being back at school and were in full flow yesterday - sectarian, racial and physical abuse along with the usual bad language - makes for an interesting day!
I was meant to have a dentist appt today but it's been changed to tomorrow, shame as I was mentally geared up for it. I'll visit the allotment on my way home instead to see how many monster courgettes have appeared.
Hope everyone is well and you all have a good day. Take care. XX12 -
Morning all. I was in bed early last night and got up at 5.30 this morning - Mr F was not impressed - I told him that he didn't have to get up with me but he did.
I have to be at SA twice today for various people.
Looks like rain - it is Ukrainian independence day and an event happening in town.
Had really bad news last night - we lost a SA soldier aged in her early thirties.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Raining here and meant to be all day at least it has dropped the temperature a bit yesterday was scorching 🥵
The mermaid experience was great the clients loved it and Rob was amazed he desperately wanted to get in the pool but his mum won’t let him as he gets ear infections, it was a lovely day though,
Off to collect him again today and take him to work it will be inside jobs today. Not sure about dinner tonight will go and look in the freezer after this, I went shopping yesterday so we have plenty in.Florenceeem sorry to hear about your friend that’s no age at all xx

Morning folks. A grey mizzly start here. A slight improvement is forecast for later.
So it looks as though it will be another reading day. A new book is out waiting to start on when I have stopped faffing about.
Such bad news for you FLORENCE. that's no age. COXY good luck with the forms. CAMELOT that's frightening behaviour in kids so young. SNOOZER good news about Steve.
Take care all (HUGS) for all in need. Have a good day everyone xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"12 -

Morning everyone
Nice lunch at mam and dads yesterday with our visitors. When I came home I sat outside and read for a bit in the sunshine.
Today I've got a small bookcase to build and then I'll do some more sorting of pictures to go back up in the hallway. I'm meeting a friend this afternoon for a cuppa and cake at our nearest cafe.
Camelot - that's what worries me about little one starting school - the other children! At some point someone will tease her about having a tube in her tummy and a monitor on her arm and she'll be devastated.
The school she's going to only has about 70 pupils so hopefully it will be ok...plus I'm across in nursery and most of the kids in school know me from coming to nursery first. One thing we don't have in school is racial abuse as there are no children of different races. To be honest I didn't think primary age children would care about that.
Anyways I'm waffling - I'd better get on
Hope everyone has a good day today x11 -
Mornng! It feels like I did loads yesterday but I don't think I did really. I have someone coming to look at my exploding grill today, then I have to pick up some travel money, phone the insurance and start getting ready on the table what I'm taking. I'll be taking some DIY stuff including my trusty and beloved Kregg jig [ I love that thing - I'm hoping to make a pair or two of new shutters] and trying to get oeverything together because I won't have time next week. My nails had finally stopped splitting and I booked to have my nails done but now they're snapping off, which is annoying. I have a lot of gardn tidying to do today, everything has gone triffid like.snoozer, well that's annoying, hope your visitors will be paying rent at least
TA, enjoy the holiday! Rosy, there's not much left to play with but as my sister says, the difference between a good haircut and a bad one is two weeks. The black pudding tossing sounds like fun [ but a waste,I'd have eaten it!] Coxy, good luck with the VR. I keep telling ym sister to do the same, she's a cs too and quite frankly, I wouldn't do it for all the stress that's involved. Florence, sorry to hear about your soldier, as we get older we appreciate life more I think so it's always more shocking when someone yougn goes. I did laugh at your geriatric revellers though..camelot, I don't know how you do it, it would be my worst nightmare job besides actually teaching. bella, I had to laugh at chookie incubator too. Ruby, glad the mermaid went well, such a good idea. Izzy, bit late but 2 stone is a fantastic weight loss, regroup and carry on! Nanny, hope your foot is healed now, are you on holday now? Jackie, hope you're doing gret without Dora. Right, take care all, I'm off to start my jobs.

Morning all, I survived and I had a bit of a lie in this morning ! The house is very quiet now without the DGC and as they are adult size it's been like 4 adults living here for a few days so now it seems empty, I do miss their chatter.
I had my consult with my new GP yesterday too and I have to stop my thyroid meds for 3 months as a trial as I have had so many adverse affects, including the high Bp, plus I have now a f2f appointment with her next Tues for a rash that won't disappear, I'm falling apart !
This morning it's supposed to be dry so I have a wash load on and the bedding from the spare beds are next in line. I'll also put the spare room back to normal and start getting the holiday stuff in there ready to go over to the van. The fridge needs sorting and cleaning too as there's not much left in there, just bits because the human dustbins saw to that ! I don't know where they put all the food 🤷♀️
taff I'm off on hols at the end of next week and back to Wiltshire as it's so relaxing. Are you travelling too ? hope it's somewhere exotic.
TA Hope your hols are going well and the change of scenery is doing you good.
Florence sorry to read about the death of the young lady, condolences to her family and the SA one.
Take care all, hugs to everyone
