EE customer service??

Received parcel from EE
Parcel was addressed to previous tenant who had moved 30/04/23 neighbour had taken delivery and she then passed it on to me. There was a delivery note attached to parcel I phoned the number last Saturday explained that it was not mine and was told basically to hang on to it I had not opened the parcel but the delivery note said PS 5 so I assume that it is a play station I made the person aware of what I thought was in box but he still said to hang on to it.
Wasn't happy with this
Phoned a number that was on the outside of box and got a security guard.
Phoned DPD was told they could not do anything about this
I phoned EE again on Monday was then given a different answer but Arranging the return was difficult had been on the phone 25 min so was told they would phone back. Didn't phone back that day.
Made another call the next day and eventually got them to send return bags.
The person that i spoke to on Monday did call back later on the Tuesday
Still awaiting arrival of the returns bags
