hi, I was parked at the gym in a disabled bay and forgot to display my blue badge, slipped my mind on two days in a row. I recieved a ticket in the POST (I never received a yellow ticket on my car), approx 10 days from the incident. I appealed it using the template but it was rejected.
National Parking Control Ltd are not BOPA members but I am not sure about IPC, what can I do? Shall I ignore or do I have to pay

That’s from the parking company, not from the gym. If the car park belongs to the gym they can cancel the parking tickets. That is by far the easiest route.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
