I am stuck on the next step to claiming plevin ppi on a MBNA credit card. I wrote to them asking for my credit card agreement, they have sent me hundreds of pages including all my statements. But I can't see on the MSE website, what to do next, can anyone help please.

you dont need the credit agreement
you dont need the statements.
Plevin only applies to rejected complaints. So, I assume that your original PPI complaint was rejected. In the later years, Plevin was automatically considered and refunded where applicable. So, that would suggest yours was an older complaint that pre-dated the Plevin ruling. In that case, you just go to MBNA and ask them to review your complaint outcome with a view to the Plevin ruling. As simple as that.
