Do any of the comparison websites accept details from someone 100+? Have tried 3 and none will give a quote. Ageism? Spend ages filling a form to be ignored!

Is this any use?

I can’t see anything about an upper age limit, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t one.
There’s also the age UK insurance via LV, which might be worth a look at given that presumably it’s designed for older people. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Contact https://www.biba.org.uk/find-insurance/, they will be able to recommend insurers who can help.1
