Euro Car Parks - do they EVER go to court ?

I'm at the at the 'Debt Recovery Plus' letter stage with ECP. I read on here that ECP never do court however I've made some mistakes at the appeal process by 'admitting' the driver identity. Will this make any difference? A parking ticket was not paid for but the driver was suffering from a diagnosed medical condition at the time that needed the emergency use of a toilet. In supplying evidence of this I've more or less admitted the driver identity. Can I just continue to ignore these letters?

Yes you can ignore them.  ECP never do court but just in case, you will have to open each letter to check no claim form arrives.

And of course tell them if you move within 6 yrs.

    Always ignore powerless debt collectors.

Always complain to the landowner and your MP. It's called Plan A.

To the best of my knowledge, ECP have never tried court. That doesn't mean they won't, but it doesn't mean they will either, but you are nowhere near that stage at the moment.

I married my cousin. I had to...

Thank you. Is this the general time frame before they give up, 6 years ?
