Hi folks,
Have a problem with the vertical blinds in my didning room. One of the verticals will not move! All the others are fine. Can the tilt mechanism be changed easily or anyone know of any sites with further advice.
Cheers in advance.

Has the linking chain become detatched from the top or bottom of this particular slat? The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Doesn't appear to have. Even if I try and move it manually there is a lot of resistance. All the other slats are turning fine, it is just this one.0

Hi there, the pegs can get stuck round the wrong way, I assume you have turned the metal/plastic chain both ways to try an allign the carrier in the headrail.
look at the hem on the faulty slat or the peg/hook it is attached to in the headrail, if these are round the opposite way to the rest it will need some gentle persuasion to turn it the right way, you should be able to click this round by hand if you use tools you are likely to damage it.0 -
All the little travellers have a slip clutch mechanist.
All you need to do is to pull the chain one way until it becomes tight. Then pull it a little bit more. (dont worry about the horrible noise it makes). Then repeat by pulling the chain the other way. This should self allign the travellers and solve the problem0
